The Arctander Chair was designed by Philip Arctander in 1944. In 2016, Paustian put the chair back into production in collaboration with Philip Arctanders granddaughter @sofiearctanderp. Paustian A/S og Paustian Webshops er i gang med at rekonstruere kapitalen for at kunne stå stærkt i fremtiden. Såvel direktion og ejer er uændrede. En rekonstruktion er ikke en konkurs, men skal i sikre et stærkt kapitalgrundlag og evt. udvidet/ændret ejerkreds.

Alle Paustians aktiviteter er uændrede i drift, dvs. forretningen på Niels Hemmingsens Gade 24 i København, Paustian Erhvervssalg, Paustian Webshop, Paustian Indretningsservice og Paustian Snedkeri.

Rekonstruktionen skal sikre, at Paustian kan fortsætte sin udvikling som et dansk epicenter for design- og møbelkunst.

Indledningen af rekonstruktionen har den konsekvens, at der etableres en skæringsdato pr. den 30. januar 2024 i relation til selskabets gæld og solgte varer.

Paustian A/S, CVR-nr. 17 79 81 70, og Paustian Webshops ApS, CVR-nr. 34 48 27 21, har indledt rekonstruktionen den 30. januar 2024. Paustians ejer har anmodet Advokat Gert Nissen om at bistå selskabet som rekonstruktør.
